Network Engineer

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Software configuration/ Flashing/ Installation/ log capturing/ other maintenance related issues
2. Maintenance of equipment’s at site.
3. Maintenance of records and its upkeep.
4. Preventive maintenance of equipment’s at sites.
5. Training of customer’s staff.
6. Liaison with customer.
7. Liaison with OEMs and other vendors.
8. Satellite shifting/ emergency activities/ exigencies.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

1. Candidate should have completed his B.Tech/ B.E in IT/ECE/CS
2. Candidate should be CCNA certified
3. Basic knowledge of IT, Software Development Life cycle and operating system (like Linux, RT Linux, Lynx OS and windows etc.). Ability to work on software/ hardware as per requirement and able to troubleshoot software/ hardware related problems. Should be able to install/ flash the application and test the application programs and configure as per requirements.
4. Checking of fibber connectivity/ Ethernet connectivity between nodes and intra nodes and repair/ replacement in case of faults
